We are thrilled to be presenting Richard Phillips' first museum exhibition in the United Slates opening I I April 2014. I have attached a letter from Dallas Contemporary Director Peter Doroshenko requesting the loan of a work from your collection for inclusion in the exhibition. In hopes that you will indeed consider lending to the museum for this important exhibition, I have also attached a loan agreement to be filled out. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions. We are working to confirm dates for the fine art shuttle which would accommodate the shipment of your painting. Tentatively the pickup would be March 24.28. Once I receive confirmation from you for the loan, location address of the painting and the crating/packing information for the work, I will confirm shipping details. As Peter explains in the lever, all packing, shipping, insurance and installation costs will be taken care of by Dallas Contemporary.
