Please let me know. I have received a quote from the GC and am meeting with them tomorrow at 1 lam to go through this with a fine tooth comb. The initial bid, as always is just silly and over priced so I am very hesitant to send to JE. Tomorrow I will be trimming the fat so to speak to come up with a bid that is reasonable and will send along once received. I also have sent all the specifications to the purchasing agent who in turn will provide me with a cost for each piece of furniture per apt as well as the project as a whole. This will include procurement, warehousing, delivery and install once we are ready for this phase of work. I should have this package back by end of week or early next and will send along once I have received and reviewed. I think that after my meeting with Jeffery tomorrow he will have a full understanding of next steps. We are almost there and ready to begin. Please let me know if you require further information.
