Let me know ASAP, as it will be an extra charge, not in our original agreement. Why can't she do her own material takeoffs from the floor plans? I would assume she already has a design layout in mind for all the new tile patterns. If you are a professional, you should be able to perform that task knowing what fixtures, counters, built-in tub platform heights, and the actual tile surface areas are, one would think. Ceiling heights are right there on my electrical plans too for the shower height estimates. The toilet room just has a base, no wainscot.
