The SUV will wait and take you to Massachusettes General Hospital at 12:45. (I was told it is less money to keep the car than send it away and have a new car come back...there is a 2 hour minimum) When you are done at the hospital (around 2pm), you will be taken to Harvard. At this point the SUV will be released. I have booked another SUV for pick up at Harvard at 6:15! YOU CAN CHANGE THIS IF you don't need the SUV...call Tristar and tell them to send a Sedan instead (it is less money) I was told to book the SUV just in case (they have less SUV's on hand than Sedan's) ALso, if you need to change the time of the pick up, you can do so!
