I want to order the foundation and a stone ledge and the real stone will be excessive in
costs. I want to order the foundation without a stone ledge and do the entry and sills in
precast. Is it ok? I will need deposit money on the foundation and we have to pay the
building permit and Jimmy Denkehan for the demolition. So it starts!! I want to talk
with you tonight regarding all these costs.

I have figured a way to do the sills in precast and the entry way could be done in
precast. I think that would be enough. It is very expensive and all custom. Let's talk I
have to order the foundation this week.

Have been looking at old emails. The legacy stone house that we talked about is thick
stone. I can't do precast surrounds around veneer stone. The precast is too thick. What
I was thinking about with this is to case the windows with azek from the factory. This
would be a 3.5 inch casing around the window, so the stone would not be butted up next
to the window, the stone would be butted up next to the casing. A subtle and nice look.
We could then do a rollock of stone over the window head. A rollock is lined up stones
of the same size on end over the window. I think I could find a way to do your entrance
in precast. Its keeping me up at night. Exciting.
