We are under contract until March 2013. If we break the contract we will owe the remaining months service rate plus usage fee (she said we are about $200 a month in service fee and they would take the last month of usage and use that for the remaining usage fees owed) If you wish to cancel our service, you must give them 30 days notice in writing of cancellation. YOu can do this by emailing Kimberly at [email protected]. Kimberly says we must talk to the new carrier we want to use regarding porting the number...she says you must put in a port request with them (Verizon?) and they handle this part of the equation.
