I know you saw something in John's first proposal in the "not included" section that you said he needed to include... That you needed what he left out just to get approval and build our house. I circled it on the first contract but I have it at home! I can't remember what it was and I can't look until I get home tonight (which means really tomorrow I can look cause tonight ikc and I arc going to a charity event in the city and will be home late).
