Hi Carinda...lets take the Thursday April 19th at 11:30 for JE to discuss his blood work results.
Also, when it comes to the fasting, is that from midnight on the night prior to his tests?
and we will circle back re a full comprehensive check up for June

Hi
I have the requisition all ready for when Mr. Epstein comes in on Thursday morning;
however he is going to need either a telephone or office consultation with Dr. Merrell to
review the results. I have Thursday, April 19th at 11:30 or 12:00, or Friday, April 20''' at
3:00. Please let me know what date/time works best for Mr. Epstein.
Also, Mr. Epstein saw Dr. Merrell intermittently for interim office visits over the past 2-3
years, but his last full comprehensive check up was in March 2010. Ideally, he should
schedule a 75 minute office visit and full examination for June.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time.
Thank you,
