Good Morning Sarah...Dr. Moskowitz wants Jeffrey to get a blood test done today in
NY...it was faxed over to QUEST at 115 E. 57th Street...I don't mean to be a pain,
but could you please fax it to the Quest at 65 East 76th street (fax
)_it is only a few blocks away from where Jeffrey lives vs the other one
(traffic is terrible and would take forever to get there)
I also need a copy of the script emailed to me so Jeffrey can take it with him to
the appointment...
Greatly appreciate your help (fyi-I also left a message on the answering machine
for Caroline re all of this)
