I recd a call from Citicar dispatcher at 6:37 saying They couldn't locate Ion and he was not answering his phone. I tried calling Ion, texted and emailed up to 6:50. At 6:58 Ion called me. I told him to call the dispatcher. Ion texted me at 7:12 saying he was in the car finally. Just all FYI as waiting time will be impacted here!
