I think even if she did, they could have told her that changing the apt will cost 1,500 (for instance, at Fekkai when I was going to change my apt they told me I would be charged etc); they also knew that her English is far from perfect. I don't even mention the special relationship between the salon and our company. The procedure itself was only 15 minutes she told me! Is Dangene aware of the situation?
