The trauma confronting children, families, teachers and caregivers is unlike anything we have ever seen. Second Response is receiving requests from all over the country for help. These requests are coming from EMS personnel, schools and homeless shelters. We just finished a program with Firefighters and EMS staff in a metropolitan area and were immediately asked to return for a countywide effort -- and this is just one county. We must train as many people as possible in our unique methodology, using a combination of online teaching tools and videos with intensive personalized instruction.
