This deal op is between 5600-800mm. So we're looking for up to $30mm for Livermore to hold pro-rata. And thus a new backer. In the meantime, we have increased our stake in the public market and want to do more. So very near term, our needs are $5.10mm. To acq one block from a legacy holder.
