So please pass on... This has all the hallmarks of PE and also plays well into a chemicals theme. So it's a strong high IRR op. Would need to execute an NDA. Given this is near term and would allow him to fully understand the opportunity. It is thru one of our public portfolio companies. Where we have a stake and are now looking to increase it. This deal op is between $600-800mm. So we're looking for up to $30mm for Livermore to hold pro-rata. And thus a new backer. In the meantime, we have increased our stake in the public market and want to do more. So very near term, our needs are $5- 10mm. To acq one block from a legacy holder.
