Should I ask if we can put a deposit down? There is no availably for a meeting/hospitatlity room at the Four Seasons or the Rosewood (where I have hotel suite reservations for you) There is a Hyatt Regency .4 miles away from the Rosewood and the Convention center (about 8- It/ min walk) The Hyatt is about .2 miles from the Four Seasons (about a 4 minute walk) The Hyatt has mecting/hospitatliy space. Please sec below and advise if you would like to confirm the room. Katherine is holding for us until Jan. 2: Per our phone conversation, we have the following meeting room available for these 3 days (April 11- 13) with the details and room rental. Room: Dover room (4th floor), 600 sq. ft. Set Up: Conference/boardroom for 15 guests Rental: $900 per day (with no food and beverage order) I have tentatively held this room for the 3 days and will follow up with you on Tuesday, January 2 to confirm the details.
