And we can't do upg to miles, and usually one AMEX point is one mile. I can check availability for upgrade, but you will have to ha ungradable coach is issued. He can use AMEX points to issue first/business class ticket, and conversion is 1.00USD=100 points, and he was used, we can do that, easy.
