She said the following: • Faith / Joel introduced Richard to Milie as someone who would like to do an audit on their behalf. • Richard came with the summary financials prepared by GGC (which we had sent to him late last year). • Milie walked him through how the business operates and how the financials are generated, and he asked questions about certain topics such as payroll and model payables. • Milie also provided him the raw financial files that she sends us every month. • She recalls they talked once in December and again in February, but has not heard from him since EFTA_R1_01020840 EFTA02245372 and is not looped in on his process / timeline. It may make sense for us to check in with Richard directly if we wish to push the dialogue forward as contemplated. Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to discuss next steps.
