She said the following: • Faith /Joel introduced Richard to Milie as someone who would like to do an EFTA_R1_01020998 EFTA02245446 audit on their behalf. • Richard came with the summary financials prepared by GGC (which we had sent to him late last year). • Milie walked him through how the business operates and how the financials are generated, and he asked questions about certain topics such as payroll and model payables. • Milie also provided him the raw financial files that she sends us every month. • She recalls they talked once in December and again in February, but has not heard from him since and is not looped in on his process / timeline.
