He is going to 429 East 75th Street, between York and 1" Avenue, closer to York. He will register on the 1" floor @ 3:45pm before going to the 2nd floor for his consult and procedure with Dr. Daniel Richman. I am also attaching a 3 page list with medications and instructions, please have Mr. Epstein look it over carefully and follow all that applies to him. If there is any medications that he is on that his not on the list please let the office know.
