government website
Original cancelled passport with valid visa - Copy of previous visa - Copy of previous passport
New passport
Notarized letter from applicant explaining why visa needs to be transfer.
Letter from whom he is going to visit — company in Russia
Itinerary
Fee:
$74 TOTAL
The decision whether to grant the visa transfer will be at the consul's discretion and it may take
at least 10 business days.
