He has not because he is still waiting to hear from Global Marine to find out when we can use their barge to take a load of sand and a large concrete mixer to GSJ. Once he hears from Global Marine he can give us something in writing. I asked Mr. Robert's if he used `Mike's barge' and he said he didn't .. he used Global Marine's last time he needed product taken over for us. I asked he please call Global Marine and light a fire under them for an answer...he told me his office is working on them... (Is `Mike's barge' someone we can call and ask to use this barge?
