Here is a possible solution which m=ght circumvent the situation with LGT and Deutche.
=br>That is that Deutsche disclose the ultimate beneficiary to LGT, &n=sp;but on the very strict understanding
that it is not further disclosed to=their client. Likewise LGT may disclose the name of their ultimate benefici=ry to
Deutche, without necessarily disclose it to you.
This provides a way that both banks can be satisfied that all i= 'bona fides', yet total confidentiality is still
maintaine= for both the buyer and the seller.
