From: Karyna Shuliak Sent: Friday, April 12, 2019 9:02 AM To: Jeffrey Subject: Fwd: Reference letter to LGT Bank Begin forwarded message: from: Mark Lloyd <mai Ito Date: April 12, 2019 at 10:51:42 AM=GMT+2 To: Subject: Reference letter to LGT Bank =br> Dear=Karyna, Here is a possible solution which m=ght circumvent the situation with LGT and Deutche. =br>That is that Deutsche disclose the ultimate beneficiary to LGT, &n=sp;but on the very strict understanding that it is not further disclosed to=their client. Likewise LGT may disclose the name of their ultimate benefici=ry to Deutche, without necessarily disclose it to you. This provides a way that both banks can be satisfied that all i= 'bona fides', yet total confidentiality is still maintaine= for both the buyer and the seller. Just a= idea.
