Cistern 2 is filing Cistern 1 at the moment. No water wagons for Chris on LSJ. All Water wagons are on GSJ. Wasted water into the Ocean that Chris could've been using for Lands=aping. No. 3 Cistern & Pumps: 3 has been without a pump for the past 3-4month. Cistern 3 pump is not reset=ing and Smiley is unable to visually see the pump in Cistern 3 because of n= access to Cost-U-Less.
