AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF THE JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN 2014 TRUST THIS AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF THE JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN 2014 TRUST dated May 1, 2015 ("Amendment"), by and among JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN, as Grantor ("Grantor"), and DARREN K. INDYKE, JAMES E. STALEY and DAVID MITCHELL, as Trustees ("Trustees").
