The trains depart on the hour...I would think you want a 10am or =lam departure on Sept 26th and then again on Oct. 1st? Looks to me the =rain takes close to 3 hours to get from Tokyo to Kyoto (or like 2 hours =5 min) Perhaps you want to speak to Joi's wife about the train? maybe =he know a better place to book it through...just wanted to throw =his out there.
