I am a woman owned company (100%). (California corporation)- since 1982 - in good standing - I want to really restart Research on Demand to launch the Perfect Spelling Personalized Spelling Dictionary (online and hard copy) series. I'm looking for $100 - 150,000 to create the prototype online spelling personalized dictionary along with published hard copy and exercise books.... The SBA do give long term, low interest loans - which is great...I'd be happy for them to take a lien out on the business - but I don't have the ability to put up personal collateral - Anyway, I'm hoping that my start-up business track record - sold my first start-up for 18 Million after two years, got 24 million dollars for my second start- up from HP....
