It is probably very cool!!! It is set up as a loft like apartment right now with one bed, 2.5 baths and lots of living space but could be a two or three bed. It is 2500+ SF. Look at the floorplan on the website and let me know what you think. I am waiting for more details from the broker but as of yesterday it was still available and she needs a few days notice to show.
