I haven't spoken to Jerry in absolute ages, but I know they are now working on another deal together and I find it hard to understand why anyone would work with Zeb on another project after doing one with him! Jerry gave Zeb a raving review as a builder and believe me he is very far from getting any raves from me, - the disorganization in his office is beyond words can describe - so I was trying to figure out if there is something fishy there.
