Thought you might like to know that I lain close to prooving that flight options told me a big big porky re the plane - they have already offcrd 2 completely free hours + 5 free upgrades - that is before I have written proof from dear Larry on weather conditions that day - this is was there opening salvo for the 45 min delay - no not normal with a genuine weather problem - regardless they will have to do considerably better than that before I stop screaming at them.
