He was also directed to place a copy on your desk (6 pages). We reviewed everything you sighted in your emails last week and I was told they were all handled. John found a raft at the house(float as you call it) and was instructed to inflate it and place it in the pool. I did call John following our conversation to advise him he was missing two pages of the check off list and he "ended" the conversation prior to my having the opportunity to advise him that you placed water in the MB, purchased Tylenol etc. At that time he was so upset that I didn't think anything was to be gained by pushing. As I mentioned, he stated "they are making things up to get me to quit". John claims that Jerome went to Mrs. E's house last Saturday however I asked him to personally check again because there is some confusion. I further asked him to make sure he goes this Saturday and requested a list of Jerome's duties. I have absolutely no problem working with John to complete the manual. I mentioned it twice this week and he didn't have a problem working with me on it however it simply doesn't matter to me how we get the job done... As you know I have some concerns regarding Jimmy and Lina dedicating themselves to this position. Run them through an extra gauntlet for my piece of mind...
