While much of the lighting is fully functional there are a few locations that are not. The troublesome locations are the dimmed/switched outlets. These locations had specialty wiring that will need further work from the electricians. Please note that we have been assisting them as much as possible. As you are both aware the starts and stops have added a lot of time to the project. I am confident that one more strong push after Mr. Epstein departs on October the 5th and we will be in good shape. Punch List: Troubleshoot all outlets and correct RPM wiring as required. Double check all load identification for accurate documentation for the as build system design. Install all engravings on keypads. (most should arrive this week) Finalize additional customized keypads with specialty functions. (these are keypads with house wide commands) EFTA_R1_01304399 EFTA02340115 Order and install all customized antique plates. (note: all keypads needed to be installed for proper custom dimensions.
