This is =or Choice to pull the necessary cables down to the complex to complete =he network. Allan and Hector are =onfident that they will be able to start on Thursday barring any =roblems. They will confirm tomorrow. Also Boss FYI: As per our =iscussion on the dragonwave licensing procedure. My findings are as =ollows: I spoke to Ms. =ardly at Micronet (the company that licensed your =irst dragonwaves) . They confirmed the timeframe that =utureTech stated that this process does take from 30 - 90 =ays. The reason was explained to me as follows: 1. FCC 601 application is =illed out and submitted. 2. It is then processed =or an open sub-band frequency and filed with FCC 3. The FCC submit letters =o all private, federal, and public agencies to verify that the =ub-band will not interfere with existing frequencies in the =icinity. 4. They are given =pproximately 30 days to reply. 5. If there isn't = complaint filed the sub-band frequency is released to be programmed =nto the radio. a. If the complaint is =alid then the process between Micronet and the FCC is repeated. I verified this =nformation with Hector and Allan during our meeting.
