Noting after Repeater for Profibus was installed we wer= unable to access plant remotely.!!! This was resolved by, by-pa=sing TSG Login Protocol. Since then we have been able to ob=erve the Plant Remotely in Automatic Operation. T=is has shown that the HP Pump Operational Oil Temp is Very High - Indicati=g Salt Water has probably got to the bearings and crank on the Pump Operational Pressures of the Front End of the Membranes is Close to=Critical 931psi, Normal 800 psi The condition of =he Pump is effecting the ability to meet Consistent Water Quality. Long story short the Pump needs to be replaced, lead time=8 to 10 weeks TSG Proposal Replacement with New Pump - $77,300.0= TSG Proposal to Refurbish Existing Pump - $67,000.00 (estimated= TSG also recommending the replacement of 3 Contr=l Panels @ $34,450.00, I still need to confirm this is required.
