Certificate 5) UCC-1 filing 6) Art Appraisal 7) resolutions for both borrower and lender B of A was willing to give us a rate of 2.0% over LIBOR =ith the guarantee from the Trust. Lloyds was charging Phaidon 3.5% over the base rate with=a debenture as security. Can I charge set this up with 2 over LIBOR or do I need =o do more? Good to go on this? Thanks.
