With the apartment I was planning to rent there were some problems with renting conditions which I saw only when they showed the contract.. basically the contract was very one-sided and protected almost only the rights of the owner and not the renter. Plus they were categorical about pets in the apartment while I will have to take my dog with me when I move out from my parents. so I had to look for some other option. I have found something else but it's still being rented and will be free from end of August. But as I'm going to Italy next week for a couple of weeks it shouldn't be a problem and when I'm back in _I will be able to start moving into the new place! How are you?
