N=te: The left hand FWD window shade by aft facing seat, sometimes g=ts stuck in full up position, and does not close,. As soon a= you turn all power off the aircraft and reboot the electrical system, the s=ade works normal,. I can't get an explanation of why this occurs., this cou=d be same situation with the temp controller digit.
