It looks =ike they have updated/renovated since their sale in April 2015 =new floors; bath etc...) The other closed sales look like they were somewhat renovated. The =ajority have nice lake views which adds to the value. The only ACTIVE 3 bedroom at PB Towers is 522B. 3 =edrooms are rare and sought after in this building.
