We did receive a K-1 after the FTC 2012 tax return =as filed. They historically have sent us our K-1 every year =fter or on
9/15. We reported the sale and wrote off the balance to =ong-term capital gain.
Attached =s the K-1 which shows that they did not zero out the =alance.
