Eileen first approached me =bout a month ago and expressed her point of view that as I got more and more "up to speed" that i= was inevitable that she would be leaving. At the time, I asked her if she=would give the situation more time. When we talked again last week she re-=mphasized the inevitability and I re-emphasized my reliance on her and my desire for her to stay as long as possible. In t=at context we agreed that July 1st would be Eileen's last day. Du=ing the next several months Eileen will be (i) helping to accelerate my le=rning curve (ii) remain the supervisory head of the multiple real-estate projects (iii) continue to be this office's primary liaison to Phaidon; (iv) continue to work with Debra and the child=en (v) continue to manage the office and (vi) help me on some important st=ategic projects such as best practices in becoming a G2 office.
