The subcontract brought his bucket truck to install=C24>the new APC and found that the previous battery backup that Dann= V installed was installed incorrectly (all the power cables were plu=ged into the surge side vs the battery side). We=install the new APC correctly so that if the there is an outage it will ho=d for a few hours until the power returns.
