I also followed up with Teterboro customs s=nce they handle all private flights from Montreal, Customs in Teterboro indicated that Canada preclearance pr=gram use to exist for Private flights., but is no longer offered. I'm wait=ng for Universal in Houston to confirm my findings as well.
