Your current one does not rise to the height you would like. It rises to 19". The other chairs at the outside table in the white fabric are 21". These desk chairs below rise to 22/23" The first chair is available in this color (floor model) immediately. The fabric is 86% nylon, 14% Elastic and is stain and water repellent. Price is $1244 Below is chair with Mesh back in Navy and fabric seat. The man in the store was norweigan and couldn't give me the fabric specifications of the seat. I will go tomorrow when they open to ask someone else. It is quite a thin feeling fabric and I am not sure how well it will wear. The back is a navy mesh and is water repellent. Price is $949. I could also buy this one off the floor tomorrow. Here they are next to the same one that you currently have. Bloomingdales can custom order me the one with the mesh back (above photo on right) but it will take 2 weeks. The first chart below is what they could do the seat in. It is a suede like fabric. It is 88% Polyester and 12% polyurethane. I do not think it is water repellent and off course they told me I can't put it outside. They could do the seat and the arms in this. Or you could just have the seat in this and the arms in the black plastic like in the one in Sam Flax.(previous photo) Below is another option for the seat and the arms or just the seat. It is the same fabric as on the chair in the first pic. It is nylon and elastic and water repellent. Below are the color options for the mesh that would be used for the back of the chair.
