Each d=y, FPL is getting closer to having our entire city's power restored; howev=r, there are still thousands of customers that still need attention. =/span>Although, the city does not c=ntrol FPL and their operations, I will continue to use the full force of m= office to put pressure on FPL. FPL continues to project that power will be almost fully rest=red by Sunday. However, there may still be some isolated outages that will=require additional work. If you electric service is through overhead lines, look at=your meter, the box that holds it and connected pipes and wires on t=e wall of your home or building. If you have any doubts, contact a licensed electri=ian. If the meter itself is damaged, FPL will take care of that. 2. If you have underground service, look at your meter, the b=x that holds it and the pipe going down into the ground. Again, if the met=r box or pipe is bent or broken, repairs may be needed before FPL can rest=re power. If it looks damaged, don't =ouch it. If you have any doubts, contact a licensed electrician. 3.
