Doug is a great pilot, didn't miss any radio calls, knows the systems, I was testing him during our flight to PSI, reason you saw the emergency book on his lap, Doug's big turn off for me, he informed me his previous boss asked him to pick up his family at the airport, Doug told him, he's a pilot not a limo driver. Doug's feels more at home in a department with 5 or more pilots covering one aircraft, with several full time mechanics,.
