He was contrac=ed for 4,000.00 with permision from Brice because Danny Vicers did not have=time to complete it. He was not contacted to install new electric panel if Pis needs to be done it will be an additional cost. All electric origi=ally was to be done by in house empoyees. This is based on hardware for do=rs to be bought May 8-12th Finish drywall r=st of area bedroom and living area if AC and Electric panel is installed, w=rk on finishing outside tile and outside deck if plumbing is finished=for downspouts from roof. This is in house work. May 15.19th Finish lose ends unt=l windows, doors and skylights come in. I placed an order for these M=rch 16th and were to be here already. When I called about delivery he=had not ordered them at all so when he ordered them delivery is Nay 19th May 22-May 31 install windows, d=ors and skylights. Then complete tile work inside and out need doors i=stalled to finish tile. Roof and install gutters. I am sure that with Anna"s help t= get electric panel resolved , plumbing work done, ac completed and paintin= to be done by in house we can complete this by above date.
