She said they would prefer a proposal from =s (the main shareholder is Italian), i said i needed to take a look at the=financial statements. She also said she wasn't sure how got the =nfo that the agency was for sale and that of course they are always intere=ted in proposals, but the whole agency would cost at least a few million d=llars (II). She asked to continue the conversation via email to track the =orrespondence between us (I used a new email address for that), to sign an=NDA and that her husband and the Italian owner will be included in the cor=espondence. We agreed that they would send me a proposal. chiv> She also said she wanted to expand to LA and started talking about=the social media instead of talking about financials. =/div> Next step would be to get the proposal from her and see the numb=rs.
