A cover lot placement is the best and ideal =arketing. Personally, the special separate marketing book (vanity catalogue) has always the concession for a lot that cannot be =n the cover due commitments to another work (like Jeffrey's) or = collection/group of works from one collector that wants to be =emorialized and usually just for the shelf of the collector and their family.
