Being it is only 1/12th of the fee on a monthly =asis.. I truly believe it is a great plan all =round, I will =end Rich the project invoice in a day or so„ I think it was a great =election with Gregory, His flexibility combined with ours will make =ense for Jeffery. So let Jeffery know that I appreciate knowing =hat he felt burned before, and I will do my best to work with him, No =atter how wealthy an individual is, I know they can see and appreciate =omeone who presents fair value and does not try to =ake advantage just because he is a highly successful individual., I =lways want to be on a path to be the go to guy for him and be =omeone that he can depend on „ The =tructure works because it keeps Gregory in play without losing him and =t will delay Jefferys commitment until he is ready,. =) Thanks for sharing..
