She'll be fine with a base and no regular bonus as long as the base is good. She believes we don't have to worry about issue of=privilege for me-within a formal Leon Black family office structure I would be consid=red an 'employee essential to the dealing'=/p> She would be due a bonus Feb 15th. Assuming w= hammer out a contract between now and year end and if Leon is willing to buy her ou= of that bonus, she would give notice shortly after returning from the vacation=she is now on thru year end.
