Ada Clapp As discussed earlier today, attached is a list of provisions of the AAP that we believe need to be clarified. The first two items cover the issues we already discussed in detail over the past few weeks relating to Sections 5.2(a) and 5.2(b). The other items cover additional provisions that we believe need clarification, mostly because of uncertainty as to how they apply (or are interpreted) in the case of the death or disability of any of the Principals.
